1.3.14 Safety rules during towing
Warning: Improper towing may damage
machine, any mistake on selecting steep rope
or inspection can result in serious injury or
death.
 Always wear gloves when handling steel
ropes.
 Secure steel ropes to track frame.
 During towing operation, do not stand between
the towing machine and the machine being
towed.
 Do not tow machine on slopes.
 Never use a wire rope which has cut strands,
reduced diameter, or kinks. There is danger
that the rope may break during the towing
operation.
1.3.15 The Excavator is not designed for hoisting
Warning
Excavator designed is used for excavator
operation, be careful for excavator hoisting if
there is not any hoisting safety facilities.
 Hoisting can not be overloaded. Overloading
will cause the machine to overturn and cause
serious casualty.
 All calibrated lifting capacity are based on flat
and solid ground, users should be based on the
actual operating conditions, considering the
right margin, as safe working loads, such as
loose or uneven ground, nonhorizontal、lateral
operation、dynamicload、dangerous working
conditions、the operator experience etc. The
operator or other person should be familiar
with the operation manual before operating the
machine and should always follow the safe
operation rules.
 Such as the incorrectness of a sling or chain
system, which can be made or connected,
causing serious casualty accidents.
 When the excavator is hoisting, it shall not be
used to pull the pile from the ground. It is
completely unaware of the load on the
machine.
 Do not allowed people to stand on a hoisting
object or hang on a hoisted object.
