3.10.18 Breaking operation
Main uses for breaker：
break rock
break pavement
demolish building
Note
According to the model of excavator to
choose breaker model. Please contact with
local dealer.
Before amounting hammer breaker to
boom, please read the manual of
“Excavator and Hammer Breaker”，then
according to the requirements to confirm
and check.
Attention for connecting hydraulic
breaker tubing
When the hydraulic breaker is out of
use, cover the pipe end of arm end
and fit on plug at the hose end of
hydraulic breaker to avoid dirt
entering into system.
Avoid dirt entering into system when
change bucket into hammer breaker.
Ensure stocking cover and plug in
tool compartment for maintenance
purpose.
After connection, check the oil
leakage and bolts slack condition.
Carry out required inspection before
daily operation.
Operate machine slowly, the stability
of machine will be decreased because
the hydraulic breaker is heavier than
the bucket. So, use dozer blade to
support and work in front of dozer
blade
Avoid hammering work with hydraulic
breaker. Never use boom or arm to break
objects, otherwise it will damage
machine
