6.3.4 Operation of hydraulic quartering hammer
a) Please stop operating when oil tube has big
vibration
When high and low pressure oil tube of quartering
hammer over vibration, please disassembly and repair,
and then contact with nearest Sunward service after
sale .
b) Forbid empty hitting
Once the rock hit, immediately stop ,because
the continuous empty-hitting not only can damage the
drill rod and flat sales, but also damage to the mecha
nical load, when rod position is incorrect or when use
d it-as a lever occurs runaway. (Percussion sounds wil
l change when runaway)
