Note
In cold weather ,place excavator on
hard ground to avoid crawler with
ground freezing. If crawler is frozen
with the ground, use the boom to lift
track and carefully move the
excavator to avoid the damage of the
driving wheel.
Do not operate other handle and other
action, or accumulator will not put
down the boom.
3.13 Machine stop and emergency stop
Stop machines
1）Stop operating lever and travel pedal,
individual control valve will return to
NEUTRAL position; all action of the
machine will stop. However the
machine will act when operating
control valve.
2）Set pilot safety lever to LOCK position,
the machine will stop. In this case, the
machine will not be started, even if you
operate all control valves.
Emergency stop
In case of emergency, use emergency
stop： Set engine start key to OFF position
to stop engine.
3.14 Inspection after closing engine
Patrol the machine, check work attachment,
external and lower body of the machine, check
whether oil leak or leaks, repair it if it is
abnormal
Add fuel to the fuel tank.
Check if there are some pieces of paper and
debris in the engine room, remove pieces of
paper and debris to avoid fire.
Remove the soil attached to the lower structure
of the machine.
