Group Calls: Joining
Group Calls: Joining
The registered members join a conference being initiated by answering the incoming group call.
Provided the conference is not locked against non-registered participants, they can join the conference by dialing the
group call access code or can be transferred to the group call by an authorized user.
Joining a Group Call
While your phone is ringing:
1. Answer the ringing phone or press the lit Group Call DSS key.
2. A warning tone will be heard by all participants (if defined system-wide).
After station has stopped ringing:
1. Press the lit Group Call DSS key or dial the Group Call access code.
2. A warning tone will be heard by all participants (if defined system-wide).
NOTE: When the group is defined as blocked against joining an ongoing conference, the BUSY message will
be displayed and the busy tone will be heard.
Leaving a Group Call:
1. Press
SPKR or hang up.
2. A warning tone will be heard by all participants (if defined system-wide).
