Call Charge
[Reset] Call Charge Print and Reset is used to reset the charge table back to zero and print the charges
accumulated per station. The attendant may request print and reset for only one station/room or for all
stations/rooms. This feature is useful for giving a hotel guest the telephone charges at checkout time.
Printing and resetting the charge table
For a single station/room:
1. Press [Reset] (print with reset).
2. Choose [St/Rm#] and dial a station/room number, or scroll through the list using [Next] and [Prev].
3. Choose [Set] to reset and print. The PRINTED WITH RESET message appears on the top and
middle lines of the display.
4. Press [Exit] or
SPKR to exit.
For all stations/rooms:
1. Press [Reset] (print with reset).
2. Scroll to the beginning of the list using [Prev].
3. Choose [All-St] to reset and print.
4. Listen for the confirmation tone.
