FUEL SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
• Install the fuel injector as a set of 2.
Apply thin coat of engine oil to a new O-ring (7.47 x 3.6
mm) [1], and install one on each injector [2].
Set a new O-ring (7.45 x 3.61 mm) [3] to the each fuel
injector.
Set the injector into the fuel line [4], aligning the
projection of the injector with the groove in the fuel line.
Install the injector clips [5] on the injector, and tighten
the bolt [6] to the specified torque.
Set the two collars [1], apply engine oil to the new O-
rings [2] and install the fuel line [3].
Tighten the two nuts [4] securely.
Apply engine oil to a two O-rings [1] and install them on
the fuel pipe joint [2].
Set the fuel pipe joint into the fuel line [3] until stops.
• Be sure to insert the fuel pipe joint straight.
Set the fuel hose, and tighten bolt [4] securely.
• Check that the fuel hose is connected securely, and
it is not tightened at an angle.
TORQUE: 9 N·m (0.92 kgf·m, 6.6 lbf·ft)
