INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL/
INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
Remove the following:
– Engine cover
– Silencer case (page 5-67)
Disconnect the MAP sensor 3P connector [1] and
remove the harness band clip [2].
Disconnect the TP sensor 3P connector [1].
Remove the throttle rod [1].
• Do not loosen the pivot lock nut.
Remove the four bolts [2] and remove the throttle body
[3].
Remove the gasket [4].
Disconnect the pressure regulator control tube [1] and
the vinyl tube [2] from the intake manifold.
