loadvalvefully.
11.Checkwithaphototacthattheenginespeedremains3,000rpmwhile
maintaining6,900kPa(1000psi)onthetesterpressuregauge.
12.Monitortheowgauge.Theowindicationforapumpingoodconditionis
19.7L/minute(5.2gallons/minute).
13.Openthetesterloadvalveandthenshutofftheengine.Recordthetest
results.
14.Alowerpumpowmayresultinreducedsteeringandlift/lowercircuit
performance.Ifthemeasuredowislessthan16.6L/minute(4.4
gallons/minute)orapressureof6,900kPa(1,000psi)cannotbeobtained,
checkforrestrictioninthepumpinletline.Iftheinletlineisnotrestricted,
removethegearpumpandrepairorreplaceasnecessary.
Note:Theimplementreliefvalvepressurecanalsobetestedwitha
hydraulictester(pressureandow)inserieswiththegearpumpttingand
disconnectedhose.Usethepressuregaugesonthehydraulictesterand
followTestingtheImplementReliefPressure(UsingPressureGauge)(page

15.Releasepressurefromthehydraulicsystem;refertoReleasingPressure
fromtheHydraulicSystem(page4–5).
16.Disconnectthetesterfromthedeckliftmanifoldttingandhydraulichose,
andconnectthehosetothecontrolvalvetting.
