4.Slidetherearrodontothefrontrodandaligntherollpinholesintherods.

Whenclampingthecylinder’sbarrelinavise;clampontheclevis
onlytopreventdamage.Donotclosetheviseonthebarrelorrods.
5.Mountthesteeringcylinderbarrelinaviseequippedwithsoftjawsby
clampingonthebarrelclevis.
Note:Donotdamagethesealsduringinstallation.
6.Coatalltheinternalcylindercomponentswithcleanhydraulicuid.Slidethe
rodassemblyintothebarrel.
Note:Donotdamagetheheadsealsduringinstallation.
7.Inserttherearheadwithnewsealsintothebarrel.
8.Securethefrontandrearheadsinthebarrelwithexternalcollars,tighten
thecollarswithaspannerwrench.
