pistonisinstalledovertherollpinholeinthefrontrod.
3.Installthepiston(item13inFigure148)withnewseal,O-ring,andwear
ringontothefrontrod.
IMPORTANT
Wheninstallingtherollpinintothefrontandrearrods,ensurethat
therodsurfacesarenotdamaged.
4.Slidetherearrodontothefrontrodandaligntherollpinholesintherods.
Installrollpin(item6inFigure148)tosecuretherods.
IMPORTANT
Whenclampingthecylindersbarrelinavise;clampontheclevis
onlytopreventdamage.Donotclosetheviseonthebarrelorrods.
5.Mountthesteeringcylinderbarrelinaviseequippedwithsoftjawsby
clampingonthebarrelclevis.
Note:Donotdamagethesealsduringinstallation.
6.Coatalltheinternalcylindercomponentswithcleanhydraulicuid.Slidethe
rodassemblyintothebarrel.
Note:Donotdamagetheheadsealsduringinstallation.
7.Inserttherearheadwithnewsealsintothebarrel.
8.Securethefrontandrearheadsinthebarrelwithexternalcollars,tighten
thecollarswithaspannerwrench.
