RemovingtheOperatorSeat
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdeck,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Unlatchtheoperatorseatandraiseit.
CAUTION
Topreventinjury,donotattempttoreachtheseatswitchthrough
theopeningsintheseatplate.
Ifseatswitchserviceisnecessary,removetheseatfromtheseat
platetoaccesstheswitch.
3.Disconnectthemachinewireharnesselectricalconnectorfromtheseat
switchharnessconnector(Figure298).Notetheroutingoftheseatwire
harnessforassemblypurposes.
CAUTION
Theweightoftheseatassemblyisapproximately55N∙m(121lb).
Supporttheseatassemblywhenremovingittopreventitfromfalling
andcausingpersonalinjury.
