A.Positionthemixingboxcovertothemixingbox.Ensurethatthewire
harnessisroutedthroughrecessinsideofthemixingbox.
B.Withtherivetpininaraisedposition,inserttherivetsthroughcoverand
intotheholeinthemixingbox.Pressthepinintotherivettosecure
therivetinplace.
6.Usethelabelsthatyouattachedduringremoval,connectboththeheater
hosestothetubesontheheatercore,andsecuretheheaterhoseswith
thehoseclamps.
7.Removethecapsthatwereplacedontheevaporatorcoretubesand
expansionvalveportsduringtheremovalprocess.Positiontheexpansion
valvewithattachedhosestotheevaporatorcoretubes.Properlysecurethe
evaporatorcoreswivelttingstothefrontportsoftheexpansionvalve.
8.Ensurethatallthemachineairconditioningcomponentsareinstalledand
secure.
9.Ensurethattheexpansionvalveiscoveredwithinsulatingtapetoprevent
condensationissues.
10.Haveacertiedairconditioningservicetechnicianevacuatetheair
conditioningsystemcompletely,properlyrechargethesystemwithR134a
refrigerant,performtheleaktestonthesystem.
Note:Thecapacityoftheairconditioningsystemis1.55kg(3.43lb)of
R134arefrigerant.
11.Operatetheheatersystemtoensurethattherearenocoolantleaksinthe
headliner.
12.Securetheroofpaneltothetopofthecab;refertoInstallingtheRoof
Assembly(page8–11).
