3. Lifting Tool − Install
1) Attach the two flanges (2, Fig. 2) (part
of lifting tool (94201) to the cylinder
liner (1) with the five screws (5).
2) Use the engine room crane to lower the
lifting tool (94201) on to the cylinder
liner (1).
3) Apply copper paste to the threads of
the screws (3).
4) Torque the screws (3) to 230 Nm.
5) Operate the engine room crane to lift
the cylinder liner.
6) Operate the engine room crane to
move the cylinder liner (1) to an
applicable area.
7) Lower the cylinder liner on to a wooden
underlay.
