2. Removal
1) Use the pre-tensioning jack 94315 to
loosen the four round nuts (3, Fig. 2)
refer to 9403−4.
2) Remove the four round nuts (3) from
the elastic bolts (2).
3) Attach the two eye bolts (94045-M36)
to the bearing cover (1).
4) Attach the chain (94325) to the two eye
bolts (94045-M36).
5) Install the support (94116D) as follows:
a) Attach the shackle (94019P,
Fig. 3) to the top of the column.
b) Attach the sling (94039−002) to
the support (94116D).
c) Attach the chain block (H3) to the
sling (94039−002) and the shackle
(94019P).
d) Attach the sling (94039−015) to
the gallery as shown.
e) Attach the shackle (94019H) to
the support (94116D).
f) Attach the chain block (H5) to the
sling (94038−015) and the shackle
(94019H).
g) Operate the chain blocks (H3, H5)
to lift the support (94116D) to the
position shown.
h) Attach the support (94116D) to the
column with the pin (1).
i) Remove the sling (94039−002).
j) Remove the chain block (H3) from
the sling (94039−002).
Note: Keep the tension on the sling
(94039−015) and the chain
block (H5).
