Proximity Sensor − Replace
1. General
1.1 Crank Angle Sensors
Two crank angle sensor (CAS) units that operate independently are installed on the
supply unit drive in the center of the engine.
Each CAS unit has three proximity sensors (1, Fig. 1) that calculate the position of the
intermediate wheel (3). The proximity sensors (1) are installed on the holder (2).
