Error Messages and Codes
Memory near full A memory near full condition currently exists.
Mem. full. Cancel TX? A memory near full condition exists, and the printer is
prompting you to cancel the fax job.
Communication error
with POP3 server
A communication error occurred with the POP3 server.
Cannot find restore
file. Please check
USB memory.
This error occurs when trying to restore the Fax
Address Book via USB. The error is generated if a
