Error Messages and Codes
Jam Error Procedures
Check Tray 1 Paper
The leading edge of the media does not reach the registration sensor on time
after the Tray1 feed solenoid has been energized. This is a feed error at Tray 1.
Applicable Error Code
•Check Tray1 Paper
Load Paper
or remove top sheet.
