Head Tilt Gear (PL4.0.9)
1. Remove the Printhead (page 8-10).
2. At the left side, remove the KL-clip.
3. Remove the Waste Tray Cover, without disconnecting the Waste Tray
Detect Sensor harness.
4. Reach in to the Waste Tray cavity and remove the Head Tilt Gear.

On reassembly, the leaf spring on the back side of the chassis must
be behind the gear to engage. Also, lubricate the curved (cam)
surfaces of the gear using a small quantity of Rheolube 768 grease
(P/N 070E00890).
