Adjustments and Calibrations
Homing the Process Drive Train
Examine the Process Drive gears for the following:
■ The holes is the Process Drive frame must align with the holes in the
gear.
■ The hole in the Drum Maintenance Camshaft gear must align with the
arrow on the frame.
■ The hole in the Transfix Camshaft gear align with the hole on the frame.
When installing or homing the Process Drive, engage the Drum Maintenance
Pivot Plate to the Drum Maintenance Camshaft by pushing the Drum
Maintenance Kit to the left (toward front of printer) while seating the drive.
When correctly homed, slightly rotating the Drum Maintenance Camshaft in
either direction should result in a proportional movement of the Drum
Maintenance Kit - with no delays or lags.
