Random
Start Adr Sets the start address for random sweep.
Stop Adr Sets the stop address for random sweep.
Bias Value Sets the bias value (source value before sweep start).
PSW Base Sets the pulse sweep base value.
Log
Start Value Sets the start value for log sweep.
Stop Value Sets the stop value for log sweep.
Step Decade Selects the number of partitions by decade or ten.
The kth output value or Vk during sweep is as follows:
Vk = Vo  10

Vo: Start value
n: Number of partitions by ten
Select the number of partitions by decade from 1, 2, 5, 10, 25 and 50.
Bias Value Sets the bias value (source value before sweep start).
PSW Base Sets the pulse sweep base value.

Slope Cnt Sets the number of slopes (2 to 4) for multi-slope linear sweep.
1st Value Sets the 1st value for multi-slope linear sweep.
2nd Value Sets the 2nd value for multi-slope linear sweep.
3rd Value Sets the 3rd value for multi-slope linear sweep.
4th Value Sets the 4th value for multi-slope linear sweep.
Last Value Sets the last value for multi-slope linear sweep.
Step1 Value Sets the 1st step value between the 1st value and the 2nd value for
multi-slope linear sweep.
Step2 Value Sets the 2nd step value between the 2nd value and the 3rd value or between
the 2nd value and the last value for multi-slope linear sweep.
Step3 Value Sets the 3rd step value between the 3rd valuee and the 4th value or between
the 3rd value and the last value for multi-slope linear sweep.
Step4 Value Sets the 4th step value between the 4th value and the last value for
multi-slope linear sweep.
