4.2.8.4 Integration Time and Measurement Time
The measurement time (Tm) is calculated from the integration time (Tit), measurement data processing
time (Tk) and internal processing time (Tsys) according to the following formula:
Tm = Tit + Tk + Tsys
The integration time (Tit) can be selected between 5 s and 1000 ms.
The measurement data processing time (Tk) details are shown in the Table 4-11.
The internal processing time (Tsys) is determined depending on the Memory Store mode as below.
*1: All measurement data are processed when sweep ends.
