MHC cuts / HiRes cuts (peak-based) are displayed graphically in blue bars.
Hovering over the bars gives you the option to move the HiRes Sampling.
Move cut
You can:
• Increase or decrease the cut size
• Grab the highlighted cut and move to another time
The sampling table takes up the new times
