Preparation of 4 mL sample (1:10) for standard LC
1 To prepare dilution solvent, add 720 µL methanol to 2880 µL Mobile Phase A.
3600µL dilution solvent (20% methanol in mobile phase A) is prepared.
2 To prepare sample (1:10), add 400 µL 2D-LC starter sample to 3600 µL
dilution solvent.
4 mL sample (1:10) is prepared.
