Troubleshooting DNA Applications
Split Genomic DNA Peak
A genomic DNA contamination with a DIN <6 in a cell-free DNA sample might
erratically show a split peak instead of a single speak. Performance such as
quantification or %cfscore is not impaired in such a case.
