Analysis End
Analysis End
Once the entire analysis is complete the instrument is reset and the lid
unlocked. After acquisition of data from a first tape or when all samples are
run, the TapeStation Analysis Software starts automatically. The TapeStation
Controller software is kept active; therefore its graphical interface may remain
in the background. Please notice any remaining dialogue.

2 Data acquired is displayed in the TapeStation Analysis software.

Software will launch in read-only mode after data from the first ScreenTape device is
available. Data from the additional ScreenTape device are added to this read-only file until
the second ScreenTape device has been run; then the file is finalized.
