Overview of the System
The Agilent 4150 TapeStation instrument offers automated sample processing
of ScreenTape applications for DNA and RNA. It makes sample quality control
(QC) within next-generation sequencing (NGS) and biobank workflows easier
and more economical than ever.

The Agilent 4150 TapeStation instrument represents an entry-level system
ideal for labs handling smaller number of samples. Up to 16 samples can be
processed per run. The pre-installed TapeStation software on the TapeStation
software laptop bundle (G2999AA) comprises functionality for instrument
control and data analysis. It is intuitive and presents the automatically
analyzed data as a familiar gel image and electropherogram for each sample.
