Hard tray/injector error
Probable causes
• The tray is not able to move.
• The injector is not responding to signals from the controller.
Suggested actions
1. Remove any obstructions from the tray that might keep the arm from
moving through its full motion.
2. Press the STOP button on the injector to clear the fault indicators. Restart
the sequence.
3. If the error occurs again, obtain Agilent service.
