Returning Your Spectrum Analyzer for Service
If you are returning the analyzer to Agilent Technologies for servicing,
fill in and attach a blue service tag. Several service tags are supplied at
the rear of this chapter.
Please be as specific as possible about the nature of the problem. Please
send a copy of any or all of the following information:
• any recorded error messages that appeared on the screen
• completed performance test record
• other specific data on the performance of the analyzer
Original Packaging
Before shipping, pack the unit in the original factory packaging
materials if they are available. If the original materials are
unavailable, identical packaging materials may be acquired through
any Agilent Technologies sales and service office. Descriptions of the
packaging materials are listed in Figure 9-4 on page 681.
