3 If you need more information about an alarm, find the alarm domain in the
dynamic alarm list and see the appropriate table in section 3.5.
Procedure 3-4 To acknowledge alarms
When you select an alarm to investigate the root cause, you should acknowledge the
alarm and its related problems to indicate that the problem is under investigation. This
ensures that duplicate resources are not applied to the same problem.
1 To acknowledge the selected alarm
i Right-click on the selected alarm in the dynamic alarm list and choose
Acknowledge Alarm(s) from the contextual menu. The Alarm
Acknowledgement form opens.
If required, add text in the Acknowledgement Text box.
