SWITCHING COMMANDS
THRASH
-LIMITING
To block all traffic on a VLAN on port1.0.1 if the switch detects thrashing for that
VLAN on that port, use the following commands:
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# interface port1.0.1
awplus(config-if)# thrash-limiting action vlan-disable
To set the thrash limiting action to its default on port1.0.1, use the following
commands:
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# interface port1.0.1
awplus(config-if)# no thrash-limiting action
To set the thrash limiting timeout to 5 seconds on port1.0.1, use the following
commands:
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# interface port1.0.1
awplus(config-if)# thrash-limiting timeout 5
To set the thrash limiting timeout value to its default on port1.0.1, use the
following commands:
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# interface port1.0.1
awplus(config-if)# no thrash-limiting timeout
