Working with Torque Supervisor STwrench User Guide

The operation flow is as follows:
Some wrench settings for this mode are defined in the Torque Supervisor settings. Please refer to the
Torque Supervisor User Guide for a full description of the settings and the details of the operations
required for this operation mode.
In Torque Supervisor, create the joints (operations), enable process control, select test method, and
create a process control route. Define STwrench and enter settings.

Connect STwrench to a PC using Torque Supervisor. Ensure that you are connecting a wrench
that matches the serial number specified in Torque Supervisor.
From Torque Supervisor, program the STwrench with the route of tests.
***Note: this operation will delete all tightening programs, results and traces from the wrench
memory***
Disconnect the wrench from the PC.
Execute tests with STwrench. See next paragraph for details.
Reonnect the STwrench to the PC.
From Torque Supervisor, retrieve tests results from the STwrench.
***Note: this operation will delete all Psets sent with the route**** from the wrench memory
View results and reports on the Statistics page of
Torque Supervisor.
