Code 21113: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1 drain power too high”

Situation Solution

This error appears together

with a blue taillight on the

projector.

There will be an impact on the performance, although not noticeable.

In order to bring the projector back to DCI color spec, perform the

following actions:

• Use Communicator to block all bad laser banks.

• Perform a full color calibration.

This error appears together

with a yellow taillight on the

projector.

There will be a noticeable impact on color performance and/or brightness.

The projector will still play, but will probably no longer play within the DCI

specifications.

Replace the light source. See service procedure “Laser Phosphor Light

Source”, page 59.

This error appears together

with a red taillight on the

projector

Projector will shut down / no longer start up, until sufficient service actions

have been taken.

Replace the light source. See service procedure “Laser Phosphor Light

Source”, page 59.

Code 21117: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 2 drain power too high”

Code 21125: “LDM 1-3 – LLS bank 4 drain power too high”

For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 21113: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1

Code 21129: “LDM 1-3 – lls bank 5 drain power too high”

Problem on mixed laser bank.

Laser bank will shut down

Replace the light source. See service procedure “Laser Phosphor Light

Source”, page 59.

Problem on blue laser bank.

Laser bank will shut down

Code 21137: “LDM 1-4 – LLS bank 7 drain power too high”
