Code 21269: “LDM 1 – 380 vma pfc voltage too low”
Situation Solution
Bad internal wiring Check all connections inside of the LDM. Make sure all LDM boards and
connections are properly seated.
Malfunction Laser Driver
Module
Replace the entire module. See service procedure “Replacing a Laser
Drive Module”, page 56.
Code 21272: “LLS – Identification failure”
Situation Solution
Difference in firmware version Upgrade the software to the latest version. See procedure “Software
update via Communicator (DC update companion)”, page 249.
Wiring issue Check / reseat the cable between LLS interconnection board J25 to LCB
connector J202.
Malfunction LCB Replace the LCB. See service procedure “Replacing the Laser Control
Board (LCB)”, page 64.
This error alone: Corrupt or
non-programmed data on LLS
interconnection board.
Replace the Light source. See service procedure “Laser Phosphor Light
Source”, page 59.
Code 21282: “LDM 1–7 – Not configured (not initialized)”
Situation Solution
Module lost its initialization
after the Power Module failure
or module reset
Upgrade the software to the latest version. See procedure “Software
update via Communicator (DC update companion)”, page 249.
Code 21283: “LLS – Too many laser banks are off”
Situation Solution
Several Laser bank are off,
causing the projector to shut
down or no longer start up.
Look in the projector log files for error entries for “Laser Bank x is off”
related messages before the projector was turned off (other than this
error).
Code 21284: “LLS Memory Storage Device– No communication”
Situation Solution
Wiring issue Check / reseat the cable between LLS interconnection board J25 to LCB
connector J202.
Malfunction LCB Replace the LCB. See service procedure “Replacing the Laser Control
Board (LCB)”, page 64.
Malfunctioning Light source Replace the Light source. See service procedure “Laser Phosphor Light
Source”, page 59.
Code 21309: “LDM 1-2 – lls bank 1 not white point calibrated”
Situation Solution

Perform the color calibration as instructed in the installation and user
manual.
