3.17 Tow hitches
3.17.1 General information
Tow hitch of tractor “BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820” can be completed with hitch elements
TСУ-2 (hydraulic hook) , TСУ-1M (pendulum), TСУ-1M-02 (combined device hydraulic hook +
pendulum), lowering link, TSU-1Zh (crossbar) and TSU-1Zh-01 (double crossbar) which pro-
vide coupling and transportation of trailed and semi-trailed machines (with the TСУ-2 – semi-
trailers), coupling devices of which correspond to the following requirements:
- compatibility of coupling dimensions;
- the machines have rigid trailed devices;
- draft poles of the trailers are equipped with the device, which facilitates coupling-
uncoupling with tow hitches of the tractor;
- trailer hitches have adjustable bearing part.
The diagram of mounting variants of TСУ-2 (hydraulic hook) and TСУ-1M-02 with
the hydraulic hook set in working position is represented in figure 3.17.1.
The diagram of mounting variants of TСУ -1M-02 with the pendulum (TСУ-1M) set
in working position is shown in figure 3.17.2.

and pendulum in a combined device TSU-1M-02”.
Basic parameters of tow hitches, specified in tables and in figures of subsection
3.17 “Tow hitches” are given with rear tyres of basic configuration mounted on tractor
(18.4R34(F-11) – both single and twinned on tractors with the FDA 822-2300020-02/04;
15.5R38 – both single and twinned on tractors with the FDA 72-2300020-А-04 (FDA 72-
2300020-А); 15.5R38 – both single and twinned on tractors with the front axle 80-3000030
with standard statistic radii, specified by the manufacturer of tyres.
