Air leakage from the pneumatic
system for the following reasons:
- pipeline nuts, fitting nuts, and
coupling clamps are undertight-
ened or damaged
- rubber sealing of the coupling
head is damaged
- the coupling head O-ring nut
torque has gone loose
- dirt ingress under the coupling
head valve
- contact of the dust cover with the
coupling head valve stem
- faulty adjustment of brake valve
drive
- improper operation of pressure
regulator
- pressure regulator filter is
clogged
- pneumatic compressor is faulty
Detect leakages and eliminate them by tightening
junctions or replacing damaged parts
Replace the damaged sealing
Screw up the nut
