In the instrument dashboard of tractors “BELARUS-80.1/82.1” two warning lamps
and two pilot lamps are installed, which are shown in figure 2.28.5
1 – warning lamp of emergency oil pressure in the engine lubrication system (red color);
2 – warning lamp of air cleaner filter maximum clogging (red color); 3 – pilot lamp-indicator of
tractor and tractor trailer turn indicators switching (green color); 4 – pilot lamp-indicator of road
headlamps upper beam switching (blue color).

Warning and pilot lamps operation principle:
- warning lamp 1 (figure 2.28.5) of emergency oil pressure in the engine lubrication sys-
tem lights up when oil pressure is lower than permissible, and when the engine is not running,
when starter and instruments switch is in the position “I”;
- warning lamp of air cleaner filter maximum clogging lights up, when maximum level of
filter clogging is exceeded and its cleaning or replacement is required;
- pilot lamp-indicator of tractor and tractor trailer turn indicators switching 3 is in blinking
mode when it is switched on by multifunctional underwheel switch 16 (figure 2.28.1) of right and
left turn signal, or when emergency flashing switch 6 is turned on;
- pilot lamp-indicator of road headlamps upper beam switching 4 (figure 2.28.5) lights
up, when road headlamps upper beam is turned on.
