3.19.5 Mounting of canopy on the base (on the base of universal cabin)
To mount canopy 6 (figure 3.19.6) on base 12 proceed as follows:
- mount canopy 6 on base 12 with an overhead crane with the capacity of at least
200 kg; to secure the chains (wires) utilize two eyes 15 welded to upper longitudinal
beams 14 of the canopy;
- tighten bolts 1, 3 and 11 on post 2. Do the same for post 5;
- tighten bolts 8 and 13 on post 9. Do the same for post 7;
- install plates 4 on posts 2 and 5, and tighten with bolts 10. The tightening torque
for bolts shall be from 67 to 85 Nꞏm;
- tighten bolts 1, 3, 8, 11 and 13 with the torque from 67 to 85 Nꞏm.
1, 3, 8, 10, 11, 13 – bolts; 2, 5 ,7, 9 – posts; 4 – plate; 6 – canopy; 12 – base;
14 – beam; 15 – eye.
