To reset the pendulum from additional position to working proceed as follows:
- take out pins 7 (figure 3.17.8) from crossbar 8;
- lower the RLL so, that levers 13 are positioned vertically;
- open grips 12 by means of handle 14;
- pull out pin 6 and take out hydraulic hook 9;
- take off pendulum 4 from plate 5 and bracket 10;
- take out pivot 2 from pendulum lining 4, by that having released eyebar 1 with pin
3, reinstall the pivot;
- mount eyebar 1 on pendulum 4 and lock on it by means of pin 3;
- set the pendulum in assembly to working position, as shown in figure 3.17.7, and
lock with pin 6 (figure 3.17.8);
- lift the RLL in the upper position;
- mount pins 7 in crossbar bores 8;
- shift bolt 11 in threaded bore of bracket ear 10 on the left from grip 12;
- mount pins 15 in the bores of bracket 10, by that having locked the pendulum
against transverse shifting;
- set the hydraulic hook in additional position, as shown in figure 3.17.7.
To shift the hydraulic hook from additional position to working it is necessary to car-
ry out the following:
- shift bolt 11 (figure 3.17.8) in the threaded bore of the bracket ear 10 on the right
of grip 12;
- take out pins 7 from crossbar 8, take out pins 15 from bracket 10;
- lower the RLL so, that levers 13 are positioned horizontally;
- open grips 12 by means of handle 14;
- pull out pin 6 and take out the pendulum in assembly;
- take off the hydraulic hook from plate 5 and bracket 10;
- set the hydraulic hook to working position, as shown in figure 3.17.7, and lock with
pin 6 ( figure 3.17.8);
- mount pins 7 in crossbar holes, by that having locked hydraulic hook 9 to the
crossbar;
- lift the RLL in the upper position;
- set pendulum to additional position, as shown in figure 3.17.7.
