6.4.2.7 Operation 16. Check of oil level in intermediate support of FDA cardan dive
To check oil level in intermediate support 2 (Figure 6.4.10) do the following:
- put the tractor on a flat horizontal ground, stop the engine, and brake using the
parking brake;
- turn off plug 1 of level/fill opening of intermediate support 2;
- make sure that the oil level coincides with the lower edge of level/fill opening;
- if necessary, refill oil into the intermediate support 2;
- put back the plug of the level/fill opening.

6.4.2.8 Operation 17. Greasing of pivot axis bearings of FDA wheel gear group
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-820 tractors (FDA with
planetary-spur wheel gear groups). If using grease MS-1000 TU 0254-003-45540231-99,
the operation should be performed every 250 hours of tractor operation.
To grease bearings 3 of FDA pivot axes, do the following:
- remove caps 1 (Figure 6.4.11) from four grease fittings 2 of bearings 3;
- clean the grease fittings 2 from dirt and dried-up grease;
- make four to six injections of lubricant into grease fittings 2 with.
