- place back drain plug 2 and fill the intermediate support body with fresh oil through
the level/fill opening to the level of bottom edge of the opening of level/fill plug 1;
- place back level/fill plug 1.

To change oil in FDA bodies, do the following:
- unscrew level/fill plugs of both wheel gear groups 1 (Figure 6.4.52), level/fill plugs
in right and left FDA beam tubes (Figure 6.4.29), as well as level/fill plugs of both wheel
gear groups 2 (Figure 6.4.52) and drain plug of master drive 4, and drain oil into a special
container for used oil;
- put drain plugs 2 and 4 back;
- fill the bodies of wheel gear groups with fresh oil up to the level of bottom edges of
openings of level/fill plugs;
- fill the master drive body with oil through the level/fill opening in one of the tubes of
axle beam; keep filling oil into this opening until the oil level in the other tube reaches the
bottom edge of level/fill opening;
- put back to their places level/fill plugs of the bodies of wheel gear groups and mas-
ter drive;
