14. Check and, if necessary, tighten four nuts М16 (two nuts on each side) of
wedges of FDA body 72-2300020, with the torque of 110 to 140 Nm.
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-82.1 tractors.
15. Check and, if necessary, tighten four bolts М12 (two bolts on each side) of flanges
of pivoted pipes of FDA 72-2300020, with the torque of 60 to 75 Nm.
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS -82.1 tractors.
16. Check and, if necessary, tighten three bolts М16 that attach the body of inter-
mediate support of the cardan drive to the clutch body, with the torque of 100 to 120 Nm.
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS -82.1/820 tractors.
17. Check and, if necessary, tighten the nuts of cone-shaped connection of the pins
of steering hydraulic cylinder, by doing the following:
- remove split pins from castellated nuts;
- Check and, if necessary, tighten, with the torque of 180 to 200 Nm, the castellated
nuts of pins of steering hydraulic cylinder (two nuts М24 for BELARUS-80.1/82.1, two nuts
М27 for BELARUS-820);
- then tighten up the nut so that the nut’s closest groove coincides with the opening
in the pin, and fasten with a split pin.
Note – The operation shall be performed for tractors equipped with HSC or HSC
with HPS body.
18. Check and, if necessary, tighten the connections of HSC hydraulic cylinder
bracket to FDA body or front axle (four bolts М16 with the torque of 180 to 200 Nm for
BELARUS–80.1; two bolts М16 with the torque of 180 to 200 Nm for BELARUS–82.1;
three nuts М16 with the torque of 110 to 140 Nm for BELARUS–820).
Note – The operation shall be performed for tractors equipped with HSC or HSC
with HPS body.
19. Check and, if necessary, tighten both nuts М27х1.5 that attach swivel levers to
front axle knuckles with the torque of 250 to 300 N
m.
Note – The operation shall be performed for BELARUS-80.1 tractors.
20. Check and, if necessary, tighten two locknuts М24х1.5 (with left and right-hand
threading) of steering link tube, with the torque of 100 to 140 Nꞏm.
Note – If your tractor is equipped with HSC or HSC with HPS body, two steering
links are mounted.
21. Check and, if necessary, tighten two castellated nuts М18х1.5 of ball pins of
steering link by doing the following:
- remove split pins from castellated nuts;
- tighten each castellated nut with the torque of 100 to 140 Nm;
- then tighten up each castellated nut until the nearest slot of the nut coincides with
the hole in ball pin, and fasten with a split pin;
Note – If your tractor is equipped with HSC or HSC with HPS body, two steering
links are mounted.
