When the monitor is turned on, it automatically enters the monitor mode.
3.6.2. Module Mode
When the P1 is connected to the host monitor, the P1 enters the module mode. The
P1 monitor has the following features when it enters the module mode:
1. The P1 can store the parameter data and the alarm events.
2. The P1 and host monitor can synchronize patient data.
3. All audible sounds of the P1 are off.
4. Wired and wireless network of the P1 are not available.
5. The alarm prompts of the battery related alarms of the P1 are given by the host
monitor.
6. Turning on or off the host monitor simultaneously powers on or off the P1.
7. The main screen of the P1 is off.
8. If there is a battery in P1, the battery is in charging state, and the battery status
indicator on the front panel of P1 is on.
9. After the P1 is connected with host monitor, the processing method for the
patient information and measurement setups of P1 as well as corresponding
contents of host monitor are shown in Transferring Patient Data of the host
monitor’s instructions for use.
The P1 resumes to the monitor mode when it is disconnected from the host monitor.
3.6.3. Standby Mode
You can temperately stops patient monitoring without switching off the monitor by
entering the standby mode. You can enter the Standby Mode in the following ways

Select either way showed in the following to enter the Standby Mode

SelectMain Menuquick keyfrom thePatientcolumn to select
Standbybutton, or
SelectPatient Managementquick keydischarging patient and the
enter Standby Mode.
