Recheck the horizontal and vertical level using a water level. Adjust the adjustable
arm assemblies and/or the column support bracket on the base plate as needed
(repeat until the column is horizontally and vertically level).
Check once again that all of the screws and the adjustable arm assemblies are
tight.
