Define a control desk

Go to: Subscriber > Control Desks
Right-click on the desired subscriber and select “add control desk function”.
Call request to a control desk station

Configuration CCT 800
Go to: Subscriber > Call Request > tab Trigger
Right click on the respective subscriber and select “add Call Request”.
Trigger key and Call type for trigger key: In these drop-down lists, the call buttons for initiating
the call requests (button 0 – 9, T) and the call type for each button (normal call or emergency call)
can be selected.
Go to: Subscriber > Call Request > desired subscriber > tab Control Desks
Right-click and select the desired control desk via “Add Control Desk”.
Normal Call: Activate this checkbox to show normal calls (“Call 1”) at the control desk.
Emergency Call: Activate this checkbox to how emergency calls (“Call 2”) at the control desk.
Line fault: Activate this checkbox to show line fault at the control desk.

ATTENTION: Restrictions
A maximum of 509 call requests can be configured for each subscriber card!
Each Intercom Server can store a maximum of 1300 call requests (for all control desks together)!
Call requests from one control desk to another control desk are not possible!
NOTE: Call requests have higher priority
Call request has higher priority as dialing. The button used for triggering the call request is
no longer available for dialing.
