Event : In this drop-down list, an event that must occur to execute an action can be selected.
The following events are available:
Event > Phone/SIP Function
Incoming phone
This event is fulfilled if the entry in the field Phone number matches the SIP
number or URI of an incoming or outgoing SIP call, provided that the call has
not been initiated yet. If the field Phone number is empty, the event is fulfilled
by each SIP call.
In the field Phone number also wildcards can be used. For more information
about wildcards see ”
Wildcards (variables)” on page 75.
Phone call connected
This event is fulfilled if the entry in the field Phone number matches the SIP
number or URI of an active SIP call. If the field Phone number is empty, the
event is fulfilled by each SIP call.

Phone call terminated
This event is fulfilled if a SIP call whose SIP number or URI matches the entry in
the field Phone number is canceled or rejected or its timeout has been
exceeded. If the field Phone number is empty, the event is fulfilled by each SIP
call.

about wildcards see ”

SIP registration error
This event is fulfilled when the DUETTO device fails to register with a SIP server
or the registration expires.
Phone error occurred
This event is fulfilled when an error occurs during an incoming or outgoing call
(e.g. user busy, destination unreachable)
DTMF received
(only SIP)
This event is fulfilled if the selected button in the field DTMF number is
received from a SIP subscriber during a call whose SIP number or URI matches
the entry in the field Phone number. If the field Phone number is empty, a
DTMF after-dial can be performed during a call from any phone.
NOTE: In order to receive DTMF tones, the transmission modes “RFC2833” and
“SIPInfo” are supported.
For DTMF numbers wildcards can also be used. For more information about
wildcards see ”Wildcards (variables)” on page 75.
Phone DND toggled
This event is fulfilled when the DND mode (“Do not disturb”) has been toggled
either with the native button

see page 96
)
or with the logic rule action “Toggle
phone DND” (see page 72).
Phone/SIP Function
Incoming intercom call
This event is fulfilled if the entry in the field Phone number matches the call
number of an incoming or outgoing Intercom call, provided that the call has not
been initiated yet. If the field Phone number is empty, the event is fulfilled by
each Intercom call.

Intercom call connected
This event is fulfilled if the entry in the field Phone number matches the call
number of an active Intercom call. If the field Phone number is empty, the event
is fulfilled by each Intercom call.
Intercom call terminated
This event is fulfilled if an Intercom call whose call number matches the entry in
the field Phone number is canceled or rejected or its timeout has been
exceeded. If the field Phone number is empty, the event is fulfilled by each
Intercom call.
