13.1 Final values
If the command 'save value' is used in the screwdriving program, then the screwdriving
results are stored in a CSV data file and can be loaded from the controller via the web
interface (see also 10.3.5.1 Final values). The command "save values" can be used as
often as required within the screwdriving process, however, only the last three values
whitin a single sequence are saved. In case of a fault or screwdriving error the final values
are always saved.
IMPORTANT
The data is only available if the screwdriving program has received the
command "save final values" or if a faulty screwdriving application is
present.
One CSV data per day is saved automatically. All data from the previous seven days is
always available. The final values of the screwdriving application that are older than seven
days are overwritten by new final values.
The final value data of the last screwdriving application are also saved in the file
"actual.csv".
The files are subject to the same limitations as described in chapter 13.2 Curve display for
the curve data.
The CSV file is structured as follows:
• First line: Title bar with caption of the values (in files 1-7.csv only)
• Following lines: results of a screw assembly per line
