The parameters
Enable Clear: If this option is selected, the clear input is activated to restart the count by
setting the Q output to 0 again (FALSE). It is also possible to activate the automatic func-
tion (Automatic Enable) using manual reset.
If not selected, the operating mode is then automatic and, on reaching the count entered,
the output changes to 1 (TRUE) and remains there for two entire cycles. It is then reset.
Ck down: Makes it possible to count down.
Double edge: If this option is selected, the count is activated on both the rising and the
falling edge.
