To do the FiberInspector test:
1 Connect the FI-1000 probe to the type A USB port on the side
o
f the tester.

Conn
ect the type C end of the USB cord to the FI-3000 and the
type A end of the USB cord to the tester.
2 Install the appropriate tip on the Probe.
3 Turn on the Probe.
4 If necessary, turn on the tester.
5 Set up a FiberInspector test.
6 Clean the connector that you will inspect. See Chapter 4.
7 Insert the probe into a connector or patch cord adapter. See
Figure 48.
