1、CHECK
1). Checking the oil delivery pipe

Cracks/damage
Replace.
Clogged
Blow out with compressed air.
2). Checking the relief valve
• relief valve ①
• spring ②
Damage/wear
Replace the defective
part(s).
3). Checking the crankcase
(1) Thoroughly wash the case halves in a mild
solvent.
(2) Clean all the gasket mating surfaces and
crankcase mating surfaces thoroughly
(3) heck:
• crankcase
Cracks/damage
Replace.
• oil delivery passages
Clogged
Blow out with compressed air.
4). Checking the bearings
(1) Check:
• bearings
Clean and lubricate, then rotate the inner race
with a finger.
