3.6 Accessories installation
Warning
During headspace operation the syringe is cleaned after each injection with inert, clean gas
(e.g. N2 or He). Therefore a gas supply line must be available close to the autosampler. Do
not use flammable purging gases. Do not use hydrogen as a purging gas. Hydrogen creates a
potential explosion hazard due to the venting of gases.
